I currently have the Summer Infant Deluxe Piddle Pad and it works fine. The reason why I bought the Britax one is because it claims to have a textured bottom that won't slip and I like Britax products; none has disappointed me so far. Well, it doesn't slip! I hate having to readjust the piddle pad every time my 3 yr old gets in/out of his carseat. Yes, it's a minor annoyance but it's still one more thing I have to deal with before getting him strapped in. Both the piddle pad and the Britax seat saver does its job catching all those crumbs, so no complaints there. Also, the hole at the bottom of the seat seems smaller than the piddle pad's so less crumbs on the carseat itself. Plus I like the light grey color. I can't speak to the waterproof-ness of it as luckily my toddler hasn't had any accidents. One star off though because of the price, seems pretty pricy compared to other alternatives available. If you don't care about the piddle pad moving around on you then I'd say get that since its cheaper. If you want those kids in and out quicker without having to readjust the pad, then this is the one to get. Hope this helps.
